iOS5 contains hidden code referring to iPad 3

iOS5 codediggers have discovered what they think is the new codename for the iPad 3: “J2”. The J2 has a Retina display with a 2048x1536px screen and is being built by Samsung, Sharp and LG. Production has started. So this could mean a launch 1st quarter 2012

Current status

What is the current jailbreak status ? A short update: At the moment the 5.01 is breakable with Redsn0w. It’s a tethered one. The proces is the same as on iOS 5. Here’s a short guide. Currently there are no rumours of when the untethered will be released or when the iPhone 4s and iPad 2 on iOS 5 will be jailbroken. So for all you iphone 4s and ipad 2 owners. Hang in there.
